The dump truck is mainly composed of a hydraulic tilting mechanism, a carriage, a frame and its accessories. Among them, the hydraulic tilting mechanism and the structure of the carriage are different from each modification manufacturer. The structure of the dump truck is explained in terms of the form of the carriage and the lifting mechanism.
1. Vehicle type
According to different purposes, the structure of the carriage is roughly divided into: ordinary rectangular carriage and mining bucket carriage
(1) Ordinary rectangular carriages are used for bulk cargo transportation. Other boards are equipped with automatic opening and closing mechanisms to ensure smooth unloading of goods. The thickness of the ordinary rectangular carriage: the front plate is 4-6mm, the side plate is 4-8mm, and the rear plate is 6-12mm. (2) Mining carriages are suitable for the transportation of large-size goods such as large rocks. Taking into account the impact and collision of the goods, the design shape of the mining truck compartment is more complicated, and the materials used are thick. For example, after the standard configuration board of the HOWO brand dump truck mining compartment: the bottom is 10mm and the side is 8mm, and some models are welded on the bottom plate. Angle steel to increase the rigidity and impact capacity of the carriage.
